H.O.M.E. Accepts New or Gently Used Furniture, Household Items and Small Appliances. Donations are picked up FREE of charge and must meet the following guidelines:

  • Furniture must be in good to great condition.
  • We accept furniture with LIGHT stains—no heavily soiled sofas, chairs, rugs, mattresses or linen.
  • If you have pets, we ask that items are wiped down or vacuumed to rid pet hair and dander (Most items will be delivered from your home into the client’s home as is. Gentle cleaning will help to elevate allergy concerns.)
  • All small appliances (microwaves, toasters, blenders, coffee makers), TVs, and electronics must be in working condition.
  • All cookware, dishes and utensils must be washed, boxed and labeled prior to pick-up.
